WWII Marine Corps Veteran Coming Home to Rest After 83 Years

The service for PFC Norton V, Retzch will be held on April 13, 2026, and begin at 10:00 A.M. at the Marana Mortuary located at 12146 West Barnett Road, Marana, AZ. Then the remains will be escorted to the Marana Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 15950 North Luckett Road, Marana, AZ for the Honors Ceremony at 12:00 P.M.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Arizona is proud to announce that its 2025 Voice of Democracy (VOD) winner, Thanvi Voruganti, has earned the distinguished honor of attending the inaugural National Voice of Democracy Awards and Valley Forge Trip in Pennsylvania.
